I'm a Product Designer specialising in fintech. Right now I'm in the Financial Products squad at Just Group, designing mobile experiences for retirement, identity and onboarding.

Before product design, I spent over a decade in sales and customer facing roles. That background quietly shapes everything I make. I've sat with the person on the other end of a confusing form, and I never want anyone to feel like that again.

I gravitate toward regulated, high trust environments like pensions, lending and identity verification, because the constraints sharpen the design. Compliance isn't an obstacle, it's a brief.

Outside of work, I'm reading more than is reasonable, and speaking too many half fluent languages: native English, fluent Georgian, upper intermediate Spanish, intermediate German.
